It’s time to start planning your agenda and save the date for Acumatica Summit 2026. One big change to note is the location. After several years of hosting the annual cloud ERP event in Las Vegas, Acumatica Summit 2026 will be hosted at the Seattle Convention Center in Washington. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect this year at the popular conference for the Acumatica customer and partner community.
Acumatica Summit 2026 Date & Location
Acumatica Summit 2026 will take place at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle, Washington from January 25 to January 28, 2026. Right in the heart of downtown Seattle, the convention center is an award-winning venue featuring modern, state-of-the-art conference facilities and a recently-added building that provides even more space, meeting rooms, an outdoor garden, and more.
Acumatica has partnered with five local hotels for Summit 2026: Sheraton Grand Seattle, Hyatt Regency Seattle, Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Residence Inn Seattle Downtown/Convention Center. All these options are within a short walking distance of the Seattle Convention Center and will have special Summit pricing for attendees only available through the official room block.
Acumatica Summit Agenda
Each year, the event focuses primarily on how Acumatica cloud ERP software can help your business succeed. In addition to top-notch keynotes and product-focused breakout sessions, Acumatica Summit also offers plenty of music, parties, and fun that allow you to let your hair down.
Here’s a high level overview of the Acumatica Summit 2026 agenda:
Day 1 (January 25th)
Official opening of the conference for the general audience (customers, partners, etc.) during the Welcome Reception starting at 6 PM. Begin your experience with a selection of food and cocktails, while taking advantage of the opportunity to network with your peers in the Acumatica Marketplace.
Day 2 (January 26th)
The conference really kicks off with a full day of events including breakfast, keynote speeches, breakout sessions focusing on the full range of capabilities from financials and CRM to inventory and manufacturing, workshops, food, drinks, and networking opportunities.
Day 3 (January 27th)
Another full day of activities including keynotes, additional learning opportunities, a “Women in Tech” luncheon, and a celebration dinner & party to cap off the night.
Day 4 (January 28th)
Lots more breakout sessions and learning opportunities, a partner networking forum, and capping things off with a closing reception beginning at 2 PM Pacific Time.
Conference Pricing
The cost to attend Acumatica Summit in 2026 is as follows:
Early Bird Pricing: $1,595 Before December 5, 2025 (Save $300).
Note: After the December 5th early bird pricing deadline, Acumatica Summit 2025 cost will jump up to $1,895. Your conference pass includes several meals, snacks and cocktails throughout the event.
